An easy and nice Asian side dish. Adapted from "Mens Health" magazine, June 2009. Serve with a spicy main dish.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

    Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium high heat; add garlic and cook until lightly browned, 1 or 2 minutes.

    Add spinach and saute, stirring, until wilted, about 5 minutes.

    Add soy sauce and sugar, cook another minute; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
