Bon Appetit, May 1994. This is a healthier version than many garlic soup recipes. This is a popular soup throughout France.

I wish I had liked this more than I did. I really didn't care for the taste at all, I'm sorry. I think it might have been the carrots and lack of flavor due to just the water being added. I've never had garlic soup before and I thought I'd love this since I love garlic. Thanks for sharing.

This was a very tasty, smooth and velvety soup! I really liked the combination of carrot, potato and garlic! Very flavourful and yummy! The only thing Id change next time, would be to reduce the amount of garlic used as I felt it was a little overpowering. I would have liked this even better if I could have been able to taste the rest of the ingredients more. Overall though I really enjoyed this! Made and reviewed for Everyday Is A Holiday Tag Game Octobre 09.
