This is the recipe I found that comes the closest to the Red Lobster biscuits. (I don't recall where I got it from). They are delicious and asked for all the time at my house!

SERVES 6 , 12 biscuits (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix Bisquick, milk and cheddar cheese until a soft ball forms.
  2. 2
    Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. 3
Drob by balls onto ungreased baking sheet.
  4. 4
Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 munutes.
  5. 5
    Melt butter.
  6. 6
    Mix butter and garlic salt.
  7. 7
Brush garlic butter on rolls while still hot on the pan.
  8. 8
(I actually brush garlic butter on before putting them in the oven and again couple times while cooking, too. Then again right before serving).
