Garden Pasta Salad

Recipe #398044 | 25 min | 15 min prep | add private note

By: HobbysGirl
Nov 6, 2009

This is basically the pasta salad my mom made growing up. I like it with lots of meat, cheese & veggies and smaller amounts of pasta. It's easy to alter as well

SERVES 8 , 1 gallon (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. 2
Cut the ham, tomatoes, cucumber and cheese into bite size pieces and put into bowl.
  3. 3
Drain pasta and add to bowl.
  4. 4
Add olive oil and spices and mix everything together.
  5. 5
Note: this works best if pasta has had a chance to cool so it won't melt the cheese.
  6. 6
Note: other additions include olives, different cheeses, elbow macaroni, or italian dressing instead of olive oil and spices.
