This is a yummy way to start your day, or when you just need a quick pick me up in the afternoon. It is filling as well and delicious! You can add any of your favorite fruits. I find these to be my favorite! I noted 2 to 3 serving, but it all depends on the size of the peach. Sometimes I get 2 sometimes 3 or 4. Also how big of glass you want.

SERVES 2 -3 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped muskmelon
  • 1 medium peach, skinned and chopped
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 (36 g) package , instant breakfast vanilla

Directions

  1. 1
Add all ingredients to blender, puree until drink is all smooth, or if you like, leave some chunky.
