Fruity Green Smoothie

Anytime smoothie packed with good fruits and veggies! Very healthy!

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen (peel the banana before you freeze it)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (any kind- I use berries, mango, or peaches)
  • 2 cups baby spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup water
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Directions

  1. 1
    Cut banana into chunks and put into blender.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Blend on high until smooth.
