Directions

    Place salt and almonds in food processor and chop.
  2. 2
    Combine remaining ingredients, except coconut, by hand in a bowl. To keep hands from getting sticky while mixing, keep hands wet with cool water.

    Roll mixture into balls.
  4. 4
    Roll the balls in the shredded coconut and enjoy!

Simple,delicious and a simply delicious raw food treat- loved the vanilla bean (I was gifted a little tube with two and chose to make this with one of the precious things {{$$}})... this recipe is a wonderful blend of flavors and a must to try for all...a wonderful intro raw food for those new to the idea because it is like an exotic candy/cookie of a sort and so easy to make ...I served them for Easter Brunch {{ (/)-slash Spring Celebration }} with a bunch of other Raw delights & "BUNNY TYPE" food - and these were among the most raved favs...Thanks for he fabulous recipe share Bella LOVED IT!!!
