Chicken With Tarragon, Garlic & Olives

Made a double batch of this recipe the other day to use one night on chicken breasts & the next night on some pork chops that we had ~ Both were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL when heavily glazed with this sauce! This time I used peach preserves, & I'm enthusiastically looking forward to make this great glaze with other flavors as well! A definite keeper of a recipe!
