This is a great dish for BBQs--or anytime, but it is quick, easy, simple. I double this recipe just for my family of four--it is loved so much.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    In a large non-stick skillet melt butter and grease until bubbling hot.

    Stir in corn straight from freezer. Stir 5-10 minutes until warm throughout.

    Stir in bacon bits.

    Salt to taste.

    Sugar to taste-stirring constantly to keep from burning sugar.
