Fresh Cucumber Cheese Dip

This is such an unexpected fresh dip! I love to serve it with the new "Flips" cracker/pretzels. We've also served this dip with bagels, pretzels and other crackers. You can also spread it on a tortilla wrap and make pinwheels or top it with ham/turkey and make roll-up sandwiches! It does not last long, be prepared!

SERVES 6 -8 , 2 cups (change servings and units)

    Dice cucumber and set aside. Finely mince fresh garlic cloves and set aside. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add dash salt and dill. Mix in garlic and mozzarella. Stir in cucumber. Refridgerate until ready to serve.
