Finger Lickin Unbelievably Good Baked Wings

This is a combination of three recipes from this website, 155021,351503,19023.... We have this at work alot. Just wanted to post here in case I forgot the mixture.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

    Wings:.

    Fill a large pot halfway with water and then add the first 4 ingredients.
  3. 3
    Bring water mixture to a boil and then boil for 15 minutes.
  4. 4
    transfer wings to an oven safe container coated with cooking spray. Bake wings on "broil" for 20 minutes on each side. ( if you would not like crispy wings broil for 15 minutes).

    While waiting for the wings, make the wing sauce.

    Put olive oil in a sauce pan over medium heat and cook onion and garlic until they are soft.

    then add the other ingredients and let this simmer for 30 minutes.
