    Peel the bananas & slice in half lengthwise. Brown to a golden color in butter in frying pan over moderate heat.

    Drain on paper towel. Set on a platter & sprinkle with cheese.

Pleasantly surprised. With a feeling adventuress I dove into this very different recipe. The bananas browned up beautifully and the butter and parmesan give them a sweet and savory taste. What a unique and simple side. Thanks for much for the post.
