A zesty option for a chip dip that is very east to make. This is super dip served cold with tortilla chips. I also use this warm in burritos and southwestern casseroles.

SERVES 6 , 1 batch (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch fiesta dip mix

  • 1 (12 ounce) bag dried garbanzo beans (sorted, soaked, rinsed and drained)

  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel, undrained

Directions

  1. 1
Blend all three in food processor until spreading consistency. Refrigerate for at least a couple hours to let flavors blend and settle.
