Fiery Grilled Turkey Breast

This dish has an amazing and surprising flavour worthy of a dinner party. The turkey breast needs to marinated for up to 24 hours, however, I have also marinated for 6 hours with good results. The flavour becomes more pronounced the longer you marinate.

Wonderful recipe for grilling turkey! I marinated for about 12 hours and the turkey was so moist with great flavor. I used breast tenderloins so the cook time was only about 20 minutes. Really enjoyed this - thanks for sharing the recipe!

This recipe is a must try! Because this was a wild turkey, I sliced the breast into several pieces before marinating for just over 24 hours. The pieces were smaller, so the cook time on the grill was much less. But the result was fantastic. DH got to take leftovers for sandwiches to work, and can't wait till we have this again. He said it was the best turkey sandwich he has ever ate! Thanks for sharing!

A turkey with a very special taste indeed. This is great! A very hot day here on the farm, a day when the grill comes into play, even as you are sweating, and wanting something easy to fix, but has a pow taste. I defrosted the turkey breast early this morning, then mixed the marinade ingredients together, slit the turkey breast to allow the seasoning to come through, put into a ziploc, popped into the icebox and went on about my day. I did use all the ingredients suggested and the chili sauce is a wonderful taste addition to this, with a real nice bite. 8 hours later, got the grill going put on turkey breasts and had dinner within an hour. Such a great recipe and a good keeper for us on the farm and beyond. Made for Please Review My Recipe June 2009
