Fall of the Bone Ribs

This is an easy recipe for good ribs.

SERVES 4 , 4 half racks (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 baby back rib racks
  • 4 tablespoons of mccormicks pork dry rub seasonings
  • 4 ounces barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. 1
    Cut Ribs in half for easier handling and serving.
  2. 2
    Add Pork Rub and rub into meat.
  3. 3
    Wrap in aluminum foil. Make it as air tight as possible.
  4. 4
    Put in refrigerator for at least 24 hours (the longer the better).
  5. 5
    Bake at 325 for 3 ½ hours.
  6. 6
    Let cool 20 minutes.
  7. 7
    Grill ribs and add BBQ sauce to taste.
