Falafel Patties

This is your basic falafel recipe, but over time i,ve added a few things. I like food that's quick to prepare and cook, mainly because i eat all day long, and these can be eaten 20 mins after you first feel the craving!!

SERVES 2 -4 , 12 Patties (change servings and units)

    Cook the Broad beans for 8-10 minutes, then drain and pat dry with a tea towel.
  2. 2
    Blend the beans, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, parsley, nuts and stock together in a food processor till it resembles a chunky paste.

    Stir in the flour.

    roll into patties
  5. 5
    Shallow fry in oil until brown on both sides
  6. 6
    YUM! Scoff them back.
