Modification of Loves2Teach's recipe. I make it with extra-lean ground beef and different spices.

    Brown beef and drain fat.

    Add in remaining ingredients.

    Cook on low-medium heat for 2-3 hours.

    For faster cooking, cook on medium and add only one cup of water for about a hour.
