Yummy treats that will get you going when you are in a hurry!

SERVES 8 , 8 Energy Balls (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Grind the oatmeal in a food processor until chopped well.
  2. 2
    Add remaining ingredients and blend until a ball forms.
  3. 3
    Roll into 8 smaller balls.
  4. 4
    These can now be dipped in melted semi-sweet dairy-free chocolate, and/or rolled in coconut or chopped nuts, if you wish.

    Optional Roll into 4 Large Meal Sized Balls.
