This comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't made any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier.

SERVES 4 , 8 sausages (change servings and units)

    Fry sausages and set aside. Drain fat. To slightly beeaten eggs, add cream, salt and pepper.
  2. 2
    Melt butter in pan, add eggs, and scramble lighlt. Fold in sausage and chopped green pepper.
