Very good an oh, so easy. What a great way to use up leftover chicken! Will definitely be making this for my lunch this winter. Thanks for posting this Nif. Made for Potluck Tag.

This was so good and so easy to put together. I added more chicken broth and let it simmer for an hour to made the broth very rich and full of flavor. I'll be making this again for sure. Thanks. Made for Think Pink 09

Definitely a 5 star! This was super easy, tastes great (will be making the next time someone in the family is ill) & when DH can take the first bite & say that he's tasted this before, it means it's as good as a restaurant. (Probably better even!) Everything was on hand, I used chicken stock & followed everything exactly. This made a great first course for tonight's Asian meal. Made & enjoyed for Unrated Asian Recipe tag game. Thanks for sharing, Nif!

I am always on the lookout for simple recipes for lunches. I saw your recipe & will be adding it to my rotation. I almost always have chopped cooked chicken & peas in the freezer so this truly does only take minutes to throw together. It tasted good too! Made for July Asian Tag.
