Eclair Cake - Layered

This recipe is a bit different where you layer each ingredient. Others you slice the cake and fill with pudding. Try this one, much easier and tastes just as good!!

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

    Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and mix into a soft ball.
  2. 2
    Remove from heat and whip in one egg at a time until smooth.
  3. 3
    Spray a 9x13 pyrex dish with cooking spray. Spread dough mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. - COOL COMPLETELY-.

    While baking mix vanilla pudding with milk, keep chilled until dough has cooled.
  5. 5
    Spread pudding over cooled crust. Top with whipped cream or cool whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
