This is a fun bar with Golden Grahams and marshmallows. I used a combination of chocolate, peanut butter chips, and butterscotch chips when I made them. See below for microwave method. Recipe courtesy of Best Recipes of the Great Food Companies.

SERVES 24 , 24 squares (change servings and units)

    Grease rectangular pan (13x9x2").

    Heat corn syrup, butter, and chocolate chips to boiling in a 3-quart saucepan, stirring constantly and remove from heat.

    Stir in vanilla.

    Pour over cereal in large bowl and toss until completely coated with chocolate.

    Fold in marshmallows 1 cup at a time.

    Press mixture evenly in pan with buttered back of spoon.

    Let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour or until firm.

    Cut into about 2" squares.

    Store, loosely covered, at room temperature, no more than 2 days.

    To Microwave: Microwave corn syrup, butter, and chocolate chips in 4-cup microwave-safe measure or medium, clear microwave-safe bowl, uncovered for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until almost smooth. Microwave, uncovered, about 2 1/2 minutes or until large bubbles form on surface. Stir in vanilla. *Please keep in mind recipe is from 1997 and your microwave cook time may vary.
