Easy Slow-Cooker Steak

Dog ate the cookbook! you can also just leave it as a roast and cut it up after it has cooked. Use the liquid for gravy!

SERVES 5 , 5 steaks (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs round steaks
  • 1 1/2 ounces onion soup mix
  • 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. 1
    Slice steak into 5 serving size pieces; place in slow cooker.
  2. 2
    Add soup mix, water, and soup. cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
