This is so cool; you have your individual natchos to enjoy; so easy and so good! Use your favourite ingredients to prepare this treat. This recipe is for 2, but feel free to add or remove what suits you. This is my husband's Mexican creation; I love it and so will you.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

    In skillet saute onions and peppers in a bit of oil until tender.

    In individual ramekins, spoon in the salsa.
  3. 3
    Add cooked onions, peppers, olives, italian sausages and bacon.
  4. 4
    Top with shedded cheese.
  5. 5
    Place in hot oven( toaster oven) until cheese is melted; app 8 minutes.

    Serve with your bowl of natchos and scoop it up.
