Made this tonight for my Ribeye. At first I thought the cinnamon was going to throw me off but just the oppposite. It really tasted delicious, it adds a nice taste to the steak. I can see this being tasty on pork chops as well. Thanks for a great recipe swissms. Made for Holiday Tag Oct'09
