Printed this from a long forgotten website in the 1990s. Have not tried; posted for safekeeping so I can clean out my paper recipe files.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons cayenne

Directions

Mix together and rub on sirloan steaks prior to grilling.

Made this tonight for my Ribeye. At first I thought the cinnamon was going to throw me off but just the oppposite. It really tasted delicious, it adds a nice taste to the steak. I can see this being tasty on pork chops as well. Thanks for a great recipe swissms. Made for Holiday Tag Oct'09
