A sweet, sticky pudding for the true coconut lover. Free of dairy, soy, nuts and wheat

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Cook rice according to the directions.

    Mix everything except the kiwi fruit

    Bake in a greased 8 X 8 baking dish at 350 for approximately 40 minutes.
