My mom used to make this quite a bit and we always loved it. It won't last too long.

SERVES 24 , 24 pieces (change servings and units)

    Mix flour, pecans & butter. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake @ 375 for 10-13 minute and cool. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together, spread onto crust and chill for 1 hour. Mix instant chocolate pudding & milk as directed. Add cool whip and mix together. Spread onto cooled cream cheese layer. Chill for 1 hour and serve.
