Recipe #406975 | 1½ hours | 20 min prep

This may sound very funny, and yes I was skeptical too, but once you try it, you will love it, I swear! You can always change the seasonings to your taste, this is just how my family likes it.

SERVES 4 -6 , 4 -6 Steaks (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Ensure that your diswasher is empty, including any drying agent that you may have filled it with.
  2. 2
Rinse and pat dry your salmon steaks. 1 per person is plenty.
  3. 3
Place each steak separately on a piece of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap around the steak (but don't wrap it up quite yet).
  4. 4
Cut the lemons in half and juice them. Pour juice over each steak.
  5. 5
Season each steak to taste with the Salt & Pepper and place a sprig of thyme on top.
  6. 6
Wrap up the steak with the aluminum foil, being sure to cover it completely.
  7. 7
Place steaks on the top rack of the dishwasher and start it, with the heated dry cycle on.
  8. 8
When Dishwasher stops, the steaks are done to perfection. ENJOY!
