Disappearing Chocolate Bars

The title of the recipe says it all - they will disappear and fast!!

Ingredients

FORTHE CREAMY CHOCOLATE ICING

    Preheat oven to 350°F Gease 13x9-inch baking pan.
  2. 2
    Combine sugar, butter, cocoa, eggs, egg white, vanilla and salt in a large mixer bowl; beat until light and fluffy. Alternately beat in flour and evaporated milk just until blended. Fold in nuts. Spread in prepared baking pan.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Frost with Creamy Chocolate Icing.

    CREAMY CHOCOLATE ICING:.

    Combine baking cocoa and 3 tablespoons melted butter in medium bowl; stir well. Alternately stir in 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and 1/4 cup evaporated milk. Stir vigorously until smooth.
