SERVES 6 , 12 scones (change servings and units)

    Mix potatoes, flour, salt and dillweed. Add melted butter and mix well.

    Knead until the dough pulls away from the bowl.

    Roll out on a floured board and cut.

    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 350 degree for approximately 15-20 minutes.
