Deviled Pork Chops

One of my favorite recipes! The meat is always so tender!

4 chops (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, butterfly
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • flour

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2
    Heat oil in large pan.
  3. 3
    Spread both sides of each chop with mustard.
  4. 4
    Dip in flour to coat.
  5. 5
    Brown chops in hot oil.
  6. 6
    Transfer chops to baking dish and top with soup.
  7. 7
    Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
