Each serving is 1/2 a egg. I found this in a magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

SERVES 12 , 12 deviled eggs (change servings and units)

    Remove shells from eggs and halve lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and place in small bowl.
  2. 2
    Mash yolks with fork and add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika or garnish with parsley.
  3. 3
    Tip: For Crab-Stuffed Deviled Eggs, add 1/4 cup drained flaked crab meat.
