This is delicious. I made exactly as directed, using some blackberries I'd frozen when they were on sale a couple of months ago. I ended up w/ extra dough (it would have been much too thick to use it all on my pan) so I put 4 biscuits on a baking sheet in the oven - took them out after about 20 minutes; yummy sweet biscuits.

We tried this recipe for blackberry cobbler and it is out of this world. We used pie filling and the taste was amazing with the hints of lemon. This cobbler is smooth - even the texture of the crust. Since it is titled "Daddy's Blackberry Cobbler" I of course had my Dad taste it too... simply awesome! Thank you for sharing this recipe.
