Spicy ethnic lentil soup. Usually served over rice.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

    Boil lentils and keep aside.

    Heat oil in a flat pan.

    Add all the seasoning (chillies, turmeric, mustard and salt). Saute for a minute.

    Add the boiled lentils. Cover and simmer for a minute.

    Serve hot.
