This is a wonderful dip for a long hot day. Eat it with crackers or chips. Sinfully delicious.

SERVES 6 -8 , 2 cups (change servings and units)

    Marinate cucumbers, onion, sugar, vinegar and water over night.

    Drain in a colander.

    Mix with cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Refrigerate till ready to eat.
