SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

dressing

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

    Combine all the salad ingredienst in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.

    Combine dressing ingredients then pour on top of carrots and combine.

    Serve.

    Do not combine the salad ingredients with the dressing more than an hour before.
