Mmmm! Could have ate the whole tub. Cut recipe in half and made with plain Greek yoghurt and roasted slivered almonds. As suggested in step 5 served with fresh fruit. The cinnamon, nuts, honey and apricots make this yoghurt a real treat. Thanks so much for the outstanding post.

I used plain yoghurt, and enjoyed the almonds, sunflower seeds and apricots! The cinnamon was a nice touch. Thanks Kate! Made for the Australian Recipe Swap-Sept. 2009.
