Crock-Pot Beef Stew

Easy, and delicious. Great for chilly autumn or winter days with a loaf of warm crusty bread. The best part, for me, is that you don't even need to brown the beef first!

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

    In a crockpot, layer all ingredients except the flour.

    Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
  3. 3
    About 1 hour before serving, whisk the flour with 1/2 c of the stock from the stew, then stir it into the stew.
