Creamy Yogurt Cut-Outs

These unusual treats are super-easy to make, and are wonderfully refreshing on a hot day.

SERVES 10 , 20 shapes (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 3 (1 tablespoon) packages of unflavoured gelatin

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 3 (100 ml) containers yogurt (any flavour, I like banana-coconut)
  • food coloring (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
    Combine the gelatin, water, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2
    Stir until everything is melted and bubbling; remove from heat.
  3. 3
    Whisk in yogurt and food coluring if using.
  4. 4
    Pour into a pan and place in the freezer for about 7 minutes until set.
  5. 5
    Cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
  6. 6
    Enjoy!
