Creamy Sweet Onion & Bacon Salad Dressing (Low-Fat)

Simple recipe, cooking time is mostly allowing onions to cook. I love serving it on a bed of Baby Spinach, Crumbled (low-fat) Goat Cheese and sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms.

    The first step is to caramelize your onions. Once done, combine with the first seven ingredients and blend with a immersion blender of food processor. Quickly warm up your bacon in a pan right before serving and mix together. Tastes wonderful with a spinach salad & crumbled light goat cheese.
