Creamy Mashed Potatoes With Chives

This is a basic mashed potato, that is so very delicious, it tastes just like my Mother used to make!!

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

    Place potatoes in a Dutch oven, and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender; drain. Return potatoes to pan; add the milk and salt. Mash the potato mixture with a potato masher to desired consistency. Add the cheese, and stir until blended. Simply Delicious!
