Creamy Black Bean Salsa

This is a very simple bean-based salsa. It is light and zesty and filled with veggies. I love to serve it at picnics in the summer but I get requests for it all year round. I hope you like it as much as my family does!

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

SALSA

SAUCE

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix the salsa ingredients together.

    In a separate bowl mix the sauce ingredients together to make the sauce.

    Pour the sauce over the bean combination.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Refrigerate for a couple of hours.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
