A simple, cheap tomato and basil soup.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Add Tomatoes, Basil, Sugar and Stock to a saucepan and bring to the boil.

    Simmer for about 5 minues.
  3. 3
    Using a hand blender, blend the soup until smooth.

    Add cream and return to heat for a furth 3 minutes.
