Just an experiment! Based on a recipe from Lele Lurves Plants blogger.

SERVES 8 , 8 scones (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Crumble in butter.
  3. 3
    Make a well and stir in milk and agave.
  4. 4
    Stir in cranberries, walnuts, and zest.
  5. 5
    Pat out into a 8" circle on lightly floured surface.

    Cut into wedges and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with remaining tablespoon of milk.

    Bake for 16 minutes on 425.
