this is good at room temp or chilled. Its much better if made a couple days in advance

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

    In a medium size bowl, gently fold together the cranberries, mandarin oranges, cinnamon and walnuts.

    Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
