Cranberry Cream Salad

Adapted from 1001 Low Fat Recipes. I will omit the celery and use homemade cranberry sauce when I make this.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

    Pour boiling water over gelatin in medium bowl; stir untl dissolved.
  2. 2
    Cool; refrigerate until syrupy, about 20 minutes. Stir in cranberry sauce, celery and raisins.

    Fold in sour cream.
  4. 4
    Pour into 1 quart mold. Refrigerate until firm - 2-3 hours or overnight.

    To unmold, dip mold briefly in warm water; loosen edge of gelatin with tip of sharp knife. Unmold onto a serving platter.
