Crab Triangles

Ingredients

• 8 ounces crab, picked free of shells
• 5 ounces Kraft Old English cheese spread
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 dash cayenne pepper, to taste
• 12 English muffins, split and toasted
• Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

   Combine 1st seven ingredients (through cayenne pepper) in a large bowl.

   Spread mixture over muffin rounds.

   Score each round into quarters with a knife or pizza cutter. Try not to cut all the way through.

   Place the rounds on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with Old Bay.

   Freeze for several hours, then place into a zip-lock freezer bag. Freeze until needed.

   When needed, preheat broiler. Place as many rounds as you need onto a greased foil-lined pan.

   Broil for 4 to 6 minutes, watching carefully, until bubbly and golden brown.

   Place onto serving dish, and separate into quarters.
