Entered for safe-keeping. From Rebecca Franklin, about.com. Pure Mediterranean dessert candy delight, Corsican style. For candied orange peel, can use crystallized orange peel.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler filled with barely simmering water.
  3. 3
    Drop the chocolate onto the parchment in heaping teaspoonfuls, smoothing each drop into a 2-inch circle. Working quickly, sprinkle the walnuts, dates, and orange peel over the chocolate disks before they set up.
