A Hearty New England Chowder

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Add Pork Belly to skillet.

    Cook until browned.

    Remove Pork Belly, set aside.

    Add Chicken to skillet with pork drippings.

    Cook until browned.

    Remove Chicken, add to slow-cooker.

    Add Onion and Celery to same skillet.

    Cook until tender.

    Add Chicken Broth and Soups to skillet with Onion and Celery.

    Cook through, add to slow-cooker.

    Add Carrots, Potatoes, Corn, Thyme to slow-cooker.

    Stir together.

    Add Half and Half 10-15 minutes before serving.

    Use Pork Belly as Garnish.
