Corn Casserole/Pudding

They served this at the country club I used to work at. It was delicious.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn

  • 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed crackers
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

Directions

  1. 1
    Beat eggs, butter, cornstarch, and condensed milk together until well blended.
  2. 2
    Stir in corn, creamed corn, and crackers.
  3. 3
    Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean.
